The room was fantastic, we had a room overlooking the square, the mini bar in the fridge is complimentary(all soft drinks), there is a welcome bottle of Prosecco on ice when you arrive in your room!! We enjoyed breakfast every morning outside the hotel overlooking the square!! We cannot recommend this hotel enough and look forward to using it again in...

"Super noicy. Staff at check-in desk don't seem to bother to be quite at night. Couldn't sleep even with earplugs as every 15 minutes someone passes the desk and they exchange a loud conversation with stuff. Im talking about night time. "

"From the grand foyer to the room itself this hotel created a very positive impression. Located across from a major rail station and a major Warsaw landmark, with tram and bus stations on the corner, the Polonia is a great base for visitors. Our room was spacious, very comfortable and clean. Staff were welcoming and helpful. It was a pleasure to stay here."

"Wonderful staff who want to make your experience the very best. Go for the breakfast! It is simply the best. Some of the rooms need updating. We stayed here three different times. Lower interior rooms are sub par. The reception staff will try hard to upgrade upon request. Again, the staff is the best asset of this hotel. The location is an easy walk to wherever a tourist wants to be."

"The stay was great. The rooms are not very big but well-designed so they don't feel small at all. The bed was incredibly comfortable and we slept very well. The restaurant had nice food and the staff were lovely overall. I'll likely be staying here again next time I'm in Katowice."
