"The hotel is very close to the Amsterdam airport and they offer a free shuttle. However it isn’t lose to any parks, retail or shops. Staff are very friendly and my room was clean. It’s a great place to stay for an overnight in Amsterdam, but if I was staying for a few days the room (king) is a bit small and doesn’t have a lot of space. "

"We booked a one night stay after our midnight flight back to Schiphol. It's close to the airport. Comfortable beds. However, the only downside I found was that parking was very difficult. Although it's free parking during your stay, we had lots of trouble to find a parking spot at 3 am (with an 11 month old with us). "Our stay was excellent! It was a little out of the way but the tram is only 2 blocks away. The staff were wonderful and extremely helpful. I will highly recommend this hotel. PS. The beds are so comfortable."

"Great location right beside the metro and a shopping strip mall. We stayed in family room 411 and the internet rarely worked. They tried resetting the modem, but that didn’t help. . They offered to move us the 2nd day, but when we checked there were no family rooms available that day to switch to. Other than the internet access the hotel was nice. "

Cons: not convenient to get to due to the construction around it. Not close to any food/restaurants, 15min walk minimum to any food/stores."
