"Great sized room. It was very comfortable and spacious. It was also clean upon check in. Lately we've noticed a lot of hotel rooms due to reduced housekeeping has not been as clean. The common areas were serviced and the staff were always very polite. I would definitely recommend this hotel. The location is great to light rail and is walkable to nearby attractions. Breakfast was an added bonus. "

"This Americinn met most of our expectations and was a great price for the quality. We go to Rochester for our Mayo Clinic appointments . This facility gives you a Mayo rate plus has a shuttle to the clinic. The only thing that we did not like were their toilets are so low to the floor that makes it terribly difficult to get up. This problem should be fixed soon."

"It was good. I was disappointed that it was labeled as having a hot tub but it does not. Some areas appeared very worn. A fresh paint could help. Many hallways and stairwells smelled of tobacco and other smoke."
