"The hotel was very clean and safe. We had absolutely no issues. We were a little skeptical due to reviews. But we enjoyed our stay. The price we paid matched the hotel. Everything was clean. The check in attendant was friendly and helpful. My party is picky and we didn’t feel unsafe or experienced any housekeeping issues. We would definitely book here again if need be. "

"This is probably the best hotel we have ever stayed in, best customer service ever, great breakfast, great location, best bedroom, convenient parking if you are going to Target Center or Target Field, you don't need to walk on downtown streets to get around these facilities so you always feel safe. The guys at the reception gave us the best VIP treatment we have ever received, my daughter didn't want to leave the hotel because she was never spoiled like she was at this hotel, we'll definetly return when we visit Minneapolis again. "
