"The Palawan Palm Suites is located right across the street from the SM mall in Puerto Princesa which is perfect for shopping, eating, etc. We stayed in a room for 4, with 3 beds. There was a single bathroom with sink, and a separate sink and mirror outside the bathroom. This helped everyone get ready in the morning. This inn is best for travelers in a budget and wants convenience at the same time. It is located in one of the busiest streets of the city where you could catch a ride and go wherever you like. "It was indeed a great stay! All the staff are very friendly and so accommodating. Special mention to Ate Joy and the other front desk Ate (I can't remember her name) Kuya (the night shift duty all around the staff. They were all helpful in assisting me to use the facility for working at night in the lobby area. Looking forward to staying at Novies but this time with my family. Novies is a safe, clean place, with easy access to almost everything. Thank you for a great stay!"

"They didn't allow early check-in, reasoning out that they are fully booked. On a weekday. Also, the breakfast included supposedly is a plated cooked meal. But when we get there, it was just congee, bread, and coffee. You have to pay 150pesos for the plated cooked meal. Most of the staffs are not approachable. They never clean the room too."
