"We booked a room with a view of The Massif and it was completely worth it as the view is incredible! You also get the same view from the dining room and bar and comfy seating areas which were great for relaxing and taking it all in. The room was clean and modern although only minor disappointment was the bathroom which could do with an upgrade to match the quality of the rest of the hotel. The pool was lovely, a great space to relax after a long hike the day before. Initially we had concerns over being isolated in this location but for a couple of days we had no issues. Good dining options in the hotel and we booked hikes and transfers through ‘The Masssif’ who are based at the hotel and we’re great. Overall highly recommend."

"We stayed at The Veat before and after our time in Torres del Paine national park. We had a lovely stay, everyone was very friendly and helpful. We had lunch the first day at their cafe, which was absolutely delicious and very filling ("despite" being vegan). The staff kindly let us leave surplus things in bags while we went off on our trek, and also made breakfast available an hour early to accommodate our early bus out of Puerto Natales. Overall, a wonderful stay. "
