"Entertainment was good. Some staffs were very helpful and polite, and some seems a bit impatient. Overall, everything thing was good. We had a private dinner with 14 guests, and our waiter was awesome his customer service was very good. Others need to learn from this young gentleman. "

"There is nothing good to say about this place. They stole our money. Due to Covid we had to postpone our trip. They told us we can rebook at anytime. Now, after travel restrictions have been lifted, no one is available to help us. We are first responders that need and deserve a vacation. Thieves! "

"The property needs more attention to cleanliness. The elevator floors were dirty and for some reason there were huge flies in the hallway for 2 or more days.The window treatment in room 4204 is missing. This impacted efforts to get proper rest once it was daylight. The staff at the resort were very friendly and welcoming. Always offering assistance and ensuring we were taken care of."

"This property was beautiful, and peaceful. I was only able to stay for a few days but I was still able to experience how warm and welcoming the entire staff was. The food was also amazing, one of the best that I experienced at an all inclusive resort. Everything was flavorful, which is exactly how I like it. The resort had amazing bartenders as well. When I come back to Jamaica I promise to stay at this resort again. My friend and I had an amazing time."
