We were there during the hurricane.The staff was amazing. They went above and beyond to make sure that we were safe, well fed and entertained as we dealt with this catastrophe. Many of the staff hadn't been home in days. Didn't know if they had a home to go to or even if family members were okay. But they continued to take care of us with a positive attitude always. Even during the hurricane they continued to serve excellent food throughout the day. The Managers all jumped in to help with housekeeping, cooking,serving and cleaning. Special mention for Rhodene who was wonderful. Always resolving issues with a smile. I will definitely return and I highly recommend Iberostar.

Heated pool, bar in pool Bathroom was clogged on first day entire bathroom was flooded Mntnce cleared clog which took a while but housekeeping did not correct water condition until about 4hrs later nor immediately replace wet towels

Everything was great except my housekeeper who told me 5 minutes wait is too late for me to get service. After I requested her to give me 5 minutes to get dressed to leave the room so she can clean. That was not pleasant not professional and that spoiled the remaining of my stay

WHEN I CHECKED IN THERE WAS A $5 KEY HOLD, I SPECIFICALLY GAVE THE FRONT DESK ASSOCIATE $5 CASH NOT MY CARD, AT CHECKOUT I INQUIRED ABOUT THE REFUND OF THE $5 SHE PROCESSED TO TELL ME THAT I DIDN'T GIVE IT TO HER BECAUSE THEY ONLY ACCEPT CARD... The entire resort was excellent, accommodations very spacious and clean, many dining choices with great food and services, lots of amenities and entertainment for all kinds of travelers. Easy to find lounging chairs at the pool and at the beach. Very highly recommended. Loved it. :)
