"I love almost everything about this hotel. It has a beautiful wellness centre, a great gym, a very good restaurant and a really comfortable, funky lobby. It’s in a wonderful location across from the train station and a short stroll to all the shops and restaurants. The staff are great…friendly, helpful and very professional. "We arrived and parked car behind hotel. Lift took us to our floor, and our room was quite nice and had a view over the Main Street. All very quiet. We had dinner in our hotel, a lively busy venue, and good place to eat. All went well and we slept well. A nice hotel and easy access to the town and to walk the area."

Towels all bar one were taken and not replaced, glasses and cups were neither cleaned nor replaced, facial tissues, drinks etc were not replenished.
