"A very enjoyable week in Chania and the Sansal Boutique hotel. Hotel is about 3 minutes walk from the old town waterfront so is ideally located. Some parking is available at the hotel but probably not enough spaces if every guest has a car but there was only one night we couldn’t get a space and there is plenty of free street parking around the hotel. The location was perfect for us, as a family being within easy reach of local restaurants and shops selling lovely gifts! "Our entire experience from check in to check out was 5*! The staff were so friendly and welcoming. We stayed here for part of our honeymoon trip to crete and they went above and beyond to make this a special stay for us. From a room upgrade, to a gift bag with local treats to offering us late check out. The breakfast included in our stay was fantastic! Really got a taste for the cretan cuisine. Especially the evening restaurant manager who, with the help of the chef, daily came up with meal options not on the menu to suit my diet needs (I did not request for this to happen).
