"We stayed for three nights. We booked online and arrived 3 hours earlier than expected. Instead of turning us away, the staffs accommodated our needs and went above and beyond to prep the rooms for us so we can check in early. While awaiting for our room, cold drinks and cold towels were provided to relieve us from the summer heat. Space is super clean, breakfasts are plenty and staffs are excellent and so very attentive. Accommodations over all couldn’t be better. "

"The property was beautiful with the pool and quiet neighborhood, however the bedroom items were not as well maintained. The TV did not work and the bathtub had a huge hole in it. The tub was made out of plastic and was broken also which you couldn't use for a tub. The breakfast buffet was very limited and did not serve much variety. "

"Great design and beautiful rooms. Staff is polite and eager to assist. But you can see corners being cut as they struggle to operate with low guest numbers. No bar staff at the pool, fountains turned off, paper napkins in the restaurant. No mini bar. A great 4 star property but really a 5."

"We had a great stay there. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. They went in every possible way to help us during our stay. Room was spotlessly clean and spacious with private balcony overlooking the swimming pool which was the best spot to relax after tour. Location was in town close to pub street. We highly recommend this hotel if you're looking for a perfect place to stay in Siem Reap!!!!"

"The Apsara was a brilliant place to stay during our trip to Siem Reap, and we are glad to have found and booked it. The hotel is well situated by the centre of the city but still sits a couple of minutes away from some of the hotspots. This gave us the excuse to walk along the river and take photos from the beautiful bridges. While the hotel is away from Pub Street, there is a nearby bar that can be loud in the evenings. "An excellent mid-sized hotel with a nice garden and pool, excellent staff and customer service, and within short walking distance to shops, restaurants, and bars. The rooms and bathrooms are clean and spacious. Highly recommend for short of long term stays. "

"Had a great stay here for a short three-day trip to Siem Reap. The staff was wonderful and the facilities were kept very clean. Only minor issue was some intermittent power outages, but they never lasted more than a minute."
