"Had a very pleasant staycation with my girlfriend who was visiting from Pasadena. The staff was very friendly and helpful, from the beginning of our stay at check-in to extending our Check out time when we left. The hotel was clean, all the staff friendly and the pool area was very relaxing, even if the weather is inclemental. I would definitely recommend staying at the Nikko when you visit San Francisco. Thank you Nikko for a great stay, we will be back!"

"Looks and acts like a much more expensive hotel which is great. The person in front of me kept telling the desk person how fancy it looked. And it does. The fireplace in the lobby is a great touch!"

"The property is nice, has a nice pool and hot tub, however the area around the property downtown LA has a lot of homeless people so it’s kinda unsafe to walk around at night after 10pm. Otherwise the property was in good condition, the room was nice but you can tell it has been used quite a bit. Some of the cupboards in the kitchen were a little broken, the beds were not the most comfy and seemed agile when sitting on them. Personally I would stay here again if it wasn’t for the homeless...

"Nice hotel…they’re renovating but not inconvenient at all. If you love gyms and working out, this hotel is for you- nice gym, lap pool, sauna, exercise classes. Didn’t try the restaurant so not sure how that was. Their Starbucks drinks were not good at all. The bar looked busy on Friday night, so guessing that was pretty good. My biggest complaint is the bed pillows are horrible! Still trying to get the crick out of my neck two days later."
