"Huge suite - beautiful pool areas with a great maintained garden. Alfresco breakfast area with an amazing view! Smaller breakfast buffet, but good enough. There is access to the narrow beach, however Alona beach is more about bars, so we enjoyed more the pool areas of the resort with ocean view. "

"We were upgraded to a villa after a 2 day booking in deluxe room and then the oceana suite, which we never actually got to see after being upgraded to a villa. We'd had a couple of maintenance issues with a plug socket and then a leaking lavatory in our first room. The villa that we were upgraded to, was lovely, it was great to be able to step just outside into the private lagoon area. "This is an excellent place to stay. Staff is fantastic. Rooms are large. Access to the property is very easy which is not the case for many of the neighboring resort. Everything you need for a relaxing, peaceful vacation is right there. Again, just can't say enough good things about the staff and their professionalism. 5 stars!!!"

"Property and room was great. Clean and nice, and pool is awesome, location is awesome by beach. Property is beautiful and staff is friendly. The only thing we didnt like was the food, ordering from menu was expensive and not much food for the price, and some was not tender and adobo mostly bones. I would eat somewhere else next time. The only "food" exception was the free breakfast was very good and generous."
