The walkway was gated with a sign to keep closed to keep the dog in, the stairs smell of dog urine and the steps were dirty. THe room we were given on check in did not look like the one pictured and had only one bed. We objected and were moved to the type of room pictured. Neither exist following an apparent fire in August of 2023, and the property didnt contact us to let us know of these missing amenities. They were also unwilling to make any changes to our reservation."
