"Although my son and I booked a twin room we found when we arrived there was only doubles. After 30 minutes frantically trying to sort out a twin the reception staff managed to get us one. I think they moved two twin beds from single rooms into a double room and took the double bed out. The staff were lovely and the hotel is very nice although a bit expensive. We visited when 200,000 Scotland Supporters were in Munich so the Hotel was extremely busy."

"Worst place i ever stayed.Very dirty and dusty - desk top, telephone wire has inch thick of dust. I have to wipe several times before putting my stuff on top the desk. TV not working, dirty bath tub....very very disappointed. The picture of the room on the web is deceiving...room condition is bad, wall has hole with wire hanging out, room is dark and stale. Noisy during mid night and early morning:( :( :( :( :("

"Really nice and clean hotel. My room was spacious and comfortable. However, if you come to Munich for sightseeing the location is not ideal. You will need to take a tram to get to oldtown. For me the location was ideal because I came for business in the neighbourhood. "
