"Although my son and I booked a twin room we found when we arrived there was only doubles. After 30 minutes frantically trying to sort out a twin the reception staff managed to get us one. I think they moved two twin beds from single rooms into a double room and took the double bed out. The staff were lovely and the hotel is very nice although a bit expensive. We visited when 200,000 Scotland Supporters were in Munich so the Hotel was extremely busy."

"Great location, price was ok, coffee machine in room, but sleep quality wasn’t that great. The room has electric blinds, but they don’t cut out a lot of daylight, so with the long daylight hours at the moment, it’s not ideal for lighter sleepers. There was often noise during the night too, which didn’t help. Lastly, the bed was like a camper bed, so I didn’t find it particularly comfortable. Maybe others will. "All staff were fruendly and very helpful. We arrived late and room was quite stuffy. Air-conditioning struggled to cool the room. Opposite a hostel so quite noisy with open windows. Room clean, comfortable and bathroom spotless. Very close to main rail station."

"Nice hotel and friendly and helpful staff. However, the rooms are very small, like almost cruise ship size small. It was difficult to even maneuver two people in the room at the same time. The location of the hotel is not great either. Though you can walk to the old city from the hotel, the area iyou walk through to get there s not very nice and did not feel particularly safe. "

"A wonderful hotel with an exceptionally kind and helpful staff. It is family run which is always my preference over corporate owned. The buffet breakfast was delicious and it was a perfect location in the old town. Everything was just a short walk. "
