"Nice quiet spot "

"The fact that our initial room was completely different than pictured was just a start. We have used HomeAway many, many times with “exceeded expectation” results but this one was a let down. On top of it all, the hotel manager and assistant manager were... let’s just go with “less than pleasant.” I’m stopping here because I could go on and on about things that were overly misrepresented on this particular outfit. "The stay was comfortable, it’s a small resort. It’s in a good location & the food is decent. Pool was good enough, only highlight was the drinks were 10/10 & the entertainment was good. But the staff could be a little nicer I received almost attitude from every server or bartender I encounter to say the least. Not everyone was rude, but most of my stay the staff made me feel out of place. I had at least 3 overall good encounters where I felt comfortable. "

"so the property was nice. the restaurant’s food was not good at all. the buffet food was good but the ladies had a nasty attitude and not welcoming. some of the staff were nice and some were very rude. the toilet barely flushed and the light in the room at night was not good. however i liked the place it was really nice and peaceful. "Had a wonderful stay and the staff was extremely kind, friendly and accommodating! Room was clean and comfortable! They are doing a bit of renovations during working hours but it was no bother since I was exploring the island during that time. Can’t wait to visit the Bahamas again in future. "
