The staff at the bar were super kind!!! Even the buffet, the food and staff were great!!! On our last night, we went to Viva Cafe and the food and desert was really good. Our server was very attentive and keep the food coming. We enjoyed our stay!!!

Our room was nice with a spectacular view of the ocean, air conditioning was great our shower was nice and hot.The staff was great very friendly especially the bell hop Senardo he was always welcoming and greeted you with a friendly hello and a smile on his face. The beach was beautiful with plenty of loung chairs and palm trees. The only thing is the large rocks when you first enter the ocean then it's sandy after that. Bring swimming shoes. The bars were great and left you fill your own containers. Overall experience was a wonderful time with relaxation and fun.

Pros: affordability, easy to secure transportation, amazing staff, open air common spaces & dining, & plenty of shaded areas Cons: unsafe & unhealthy conditions, room had live insects, holes & cracks in the walls, ceiling & tiles, bathroom tiles were moldy, lots of broken glass & trash on the beach, trash behind our room, most guests smoked/vaped in common areas making it hard to breath & they left their cigarettes butts everywhere, & in the main dining hall, birds would land on muffins briefly to feed

We stayed at the resort for 4 days and it was wonderful. Staff were great and very accommodating! We aren’t really fussy eaters, however, would be good if the hotel provided more vegetarian options. You don’t get a daily refill of water bottles, you’ll get the one for your entire stay - so maybe take a water bottle to top up as they have loads of water fountains around the hotel. Beach was amazing and clean! We came for birthday trip, and they had left us nice gifts at the room. We booked transfers, and was about 20mins or so from the ferry port. We didn’t go out of the hotel - but recommend booking taxi’s if you want to go out and about, as not much walking distance!

We had a room on the second floor overlooking the beach and the ocean. It was a long walk to food or either bar. There were a lot of children and a lot of entertainment for the kids and their parents. The staff was always friendly and helpful

I have absolutely zero complaints about this hotel. Yes the rooms are a little dated, but that is the only negative thing I have to say. The food was incredible, we ate at the Italian restaurant one night and Mark our server went above and beyond. The entertainment staff was outstanding and strived for the guests to have an amazing time. The front desk ladies were incredibly helpful and the bartenders were always in positive attitudes and having a good time. I recommend this hotel 10x over and over!!

Yes, Bar was well stocked food was available continuously. The only problem was at night the meat was dry. Otherwise the breakfast meals were fantastic. Lunch was great , suppers not so great but good for family. They were a little short of staff. I believe it was hard to get a reservation at a dining room on the facility for evening.

Fourth time at this property. They are clearly investing money as we saw a lot of improvements, like new bedding, paint jobs, and other clean-up projects. There are tons of things to do. The drinks are fun, plentiful, and as strong as you like. The food is so-so, but it’s about average for an all-inclusive resort. With any luck, we’ll be back next year

The property itself is nice. The rooms were dirty but they keep the main areas nice. The entertainment staff our awesome. The food in the buffet is ok. Bummer you can only book a restaurant 1 time during your stay. Not our typical experience at an all inclusive. Stayed in 15 of them and this was our least favorite, but it was ok. Certainly wouldn’t but a time share there.
