I felt like I was just a number and they just wanted me to pass through. "Loved this property. You can walk through all of downtown Banff perfectly from this location. Quiet and clean. Bed was super comfy. Rooms are very large. Staff is great. Lots of perks like free parking and bus pass. The rooftop has 2 hot tubs that are clean and comfortable. The indoor pool is a bit smaller than I’m used to but it’s still a great perk. Would stay here again. "
