We stayed a Friday and Saturday nights. There were several baseball teams of kids staying there too. Hotel was very load with kids in the dining area, running in the hallways and stairwells. Saturday morning we occasionally had hot water in our shower

We always stay at Hyatt Place hotels whenever we travel! The one in West Des Moines was a big disappointment. Breakfast was not even close to the normal quality - just nasty! Our shower had very little water pressure and barely warm ish water. When we reported it to the front desk there was “ok thank you” …. Also it was very noisy with thin walls. Just not Hyatt Place expectations at all.

I always have a blast here. My only complaints is my room wasn't ready upon check-in and the parking lot is a free for all. No patrol or even knowing who is parking there.
