It was a good stay at Hotel Abitare Namba West. Pretty close to the Shinawaga station and walkable to the JR Namba and Dontonburi street if you wanted.

Great property, clean and close to everything! Our 'Premium Double Room' was spacious enough for a family of four (kids = 15 &12 yrs). Check-in was easy, and room was well equipped, just missing a toaster if I was being picky. Location was great, 1min walk from Sakuragawa station (there's a shortcut), 10mins to Dotonbori and plentybof local eateries and convenience stores/supermarket nearby. Very safe area, we walked everywhere including at night.

Overall excellent location and facility. Very clean and spacious room for Japan's standards. Having a dining table, kitchen, small fridge, and washing machine is a huge plus for anyone traveling with children. 2-3 min walk to the nearest Osaka Metro Sennichimae Line station and 10 min walk to Namba station for plenty of dinning/shopping options and getting around Osaka. Lawson and 7-11 right around the corner. Dontobori Marathon Man is 15-20 min walk and 30 min walk to Shinbashi-suji area for more shopping/dinning. Easy check-in/check-out and there's a storage room if you want to leave your bags before checking in or after checking-out. Will definitely stay here again when visiting Osaka.

Everything was great, except the hotel apartment did not provide clean towels each day. We had to wash our own in the room washer. A laundromat was a few block away where we could wash and dry. Our hotel apartment in Ueno did provide clean towels every day, so I don't know why this hotel in Osaka did not.

A really nice and quiet hotel in a really great location to all the popular destinations. We were not bothered at all during our stay and online check in was super easy at the computer at entrance.
