"This is a private condo on the top floor of a hotel all you see is ocean. From the 11th floor down is a hotel. The upper floors are privately owned. When the hotel staff realized we were guests of the condo we became persona non grata. We could not even use a luggage trolley for our bags. Thank goodness a kind neighbor of the condo helped us figure out the door access. What I just don't like is they put platic sheets right under the thin bedcover...very uncomfortable. I asked one of the guard where our Room Is located, He just used his mouth/lips to point I didnt know What he was doing.VERY UNPROFESSIONAL😡Not even telling us which building our Room Is located .
