"All of the staff was very friendly except the lady Laura at the front desk. The pool was too cold because it had a covering and looked like it needed to be cleaned. The pool area could use a makeover. Rooms were nice but not well insulated, and the surrounding streets were very noisy with cars and motorcycles driving by. Otherwise, good hotel. "

" Room service was excellent. Food was absolutely fantastic. No pool or fitness center. Right downtown and you could walk to an array of shops and restaurants. Beggars all over the place.
