"We had a wonderful week at Elizabeth Suites, Epas is a welcoming and helpful host who can never do enough to make sure your stay is a good one. The suite was spotlessly clean, the pool warm and plenty big enough to cool off in. The suites are located within easy walk of the beach, bus stops in the main town Chania and several local and big chain supermarkets. "We stayed at Portou House for 5 nights and had an excellent time. Very good location in Chania Old Town. Communication was great from start to finish with Julia being very responsive. We were pleasantly surprised with a bottle of wine for my Partner’s birthday which was a nice touch. The only feedback we would have is that there was no full length mirror - think it would be good to consider including in the rooms. Many thanks Julia and team at Portou House. "
