"This is more of a condo style BNB, which is fine but I don’t think we were expecting to be that one of the only obvious tourists here. Parking is hard to find, especially as a guest and there are no dining options nearby (walking was limited as we had kids and elderly with us). I recommend catching Grab service/taxi at the entrance of the road instead of them coming into the rotunda due to lines at the guard house and the rotunda can be blocked for several minutes. "I liked that 4 large malls were about a 19 minute walking radius. Lots of restaurants to choose from if you are into authentic Asian foods. Security guards are there 24/7 and we flet veey safe."

This is a unit in a condo and they ask for a copy of the passport and vaccination card of you and your guest before arrival. It is an extremely small unit and in need of repair. "the night guards on duty were very helpful. I appreciated having a refrigerator and hairdryer. the room was spacious enough and quiet. the owners are very hard to get a hold of. I wanted to extend but couldn't get a hold of them. they asked for 500php cleaning fee however the guards on duty told me that all is paid for so was a bit confused. I also left a cell phone in the room and was not able to call the number given. Also the tv was not working or I didn't know how to work it? "
