When we arrived at the property our reservation had been down graded for free!! Booked a king suite and got downgraded to a standard room with 2 queens. Asked to speak with a manager and apparently there wasn’t one there, returned the next day when the manager was suppose to be in and they were again apparently gone. Hotel put all the blame on Expedia saying they sold the rooms after they were sold out. Same price for a downgraded room. Super disappointed with hotel staff, would never recommend this place. Our room was already hundreds, and to not get remotely close to what we paid for.
