Easy check-in; very friendly staff; clean, large room (dresser, desk with chair, king bed, 2 night stands, chair in the room.and plenty of space in the room); and concenient short drive to Banff National Park (and reasonable drive to Yoho and Kootenay National Parks). Definitely would recommend Basecamp Lodge. Only con is parking is somewhat limited (if you got back late and parking was full at the lodge, there is street parking overnight).

The beds are very comfortable. The room is spacious and very clean. Everything is neat and tidy. Although the lodge is close to the railway tracks i slept so well that i didnt hear anything at all. I went with six other friends and we all love this place !!
