"This is a great hotel that’s very clean and has excellent amenities, especially the two pools. The only problem is that it’s very noisy at night as it’s close to two large beach clubs. Ear plugs are a must if you want to sleep before midnight."

"A beautiful place to stay. The staff are all amazingly friendly and extremely helpful. They made my stay perfect. Great gym, 4 beautiful pools, rooftop sauna, jacuzzi and cold plunge with spectacular views. The food is delicious with plenty of options for the health conscious. Wonderful spa - massage & facial were so relaxing. The new rooftop restaurant ‘Heven & Sin’ serves many culinary delights based on local ingredients, with a stunning view of the ocean. The room was clean and well appointed,, everything you need including quality shower products. Comfortable bed. So many different areas of the hotel to spend time I. Without feeling crowded. I can’t fault this hotel and I’m hoping to be back soon."

"The hotel needs to be upgraded seeing as its a 5 star hotel. We had holes in our duvet cover, dirty bath tub and hotel was not as accommodating as when we stayed last summer regarding allergies. Otherwise a pleasant stay and staff are always kind and helpful."

"I stayed at this hotel a couple of years ago and had such a great experience that I decided to return on my recent trip to Bali. There are still many things I love about this property.. the staff are warm and welcoming, the restaurant is excellent, and the pool area is beautiful and well-maintained. Short walk to the beach! But Unfortunately, this stay didn’t quite live up to my previous experience. There were a few maintenance and cleanliness issues that impacted my stay. The shower drain wasn’t draining properly, which meant standing in pooled water while showering (I did report this on my first night but nothing eventuated). There were also a couple of water leaks in the bathroom and an occasional sewage smell that was noticeable in the room. I was also surprised by how much noise could be heard from the club across the road, even though my room was located towards the back of the property, not relaxing at night time unless your in the party scene for the whole time. Overall, I still think the hotel has a lot going for it and the service remains fantastic but I don’t think I’ll be back."
