The units in this condo residences are privately owned and are subject to strict compliance. Amy was nice and accommodating however the experience was completely disappointing. "Location of the unit is good but we Ask for 3 people to stay but gave only 2 BABY/ TODDLER blankets and 2 towels as there is additional charge for the 3rd towel. The unit smells gross, musty or roach smell needs to be clean thoroughly."

"Worst place I’ve ever booked through Expedia!Would never recommend!the owner wasn’t clear of how many people can stay and worst part is the “security” is trying to make money off you and charges you for ”one extra guest” more than what you actually paid for the place. If you want to spend time with your family clearly don’t book it here because they’re not family friendly. I seldom write a bad review but I’m very, very disappointed of this place. I travel a lot and by far I’ve had the worst...

"Yohan’s Coolspace Tagaytay is a wonderful property with a 23 floor building which has a lovely view over lovely Tagaytay. The representative Kay is friendly, kind and hospitable. We have stayed for several weeks in various rooms, each being clean comfortable with all amenities. I highly recommend Yohan’s Coolspace for travelers visiting beautiful Tagaytay."

"The restaurant food is good and reasonable. But the unit that we have room210 is terrible. The bathroom curtain is so filthy. There’s mosquitoes inside and I was bitten several times . The area rugs are so dirty. The toiletries are very low."

"I didnt like anything about this property. Its a scam the guards at the front gate don't even know it exists.We finally found someone who were apparently staff and they said it's booked already ,and just shrugged her shoulders and walked away.That was our appalling experience .The property could not be contacted by phone or located within the compound.No response.We were left high and dry."

"It was like going to a prison. When you enter the complex only 1 person was allowed to go out and check in for the group. Then they confiscated all our ID's. The rooms were very dirty, no toilet paper and towels and when we requested them, they only gave 1 towel per room. One room had bunk beds. Another room had soo much furniture, you could not use a power plug until you had to stack the furniture out of the way. The worst part was the rooms smelled like they sprayed bug killing products...
