"It is a great hotel, with many remodelations at the moment, but in a great location if you will be around Times Square. The beds are comfortable, the rooms are clean, and it is really quiet when you are in the room. There are also a lot of restaurants and entertainment nearby. I would definitively get back. "

"The Hyatt Grand Central Station was great! It's location is everything. I've never been to NYC and I was able to navigate everywhere with just one subway or train ride, only transfer was to and from LaGuardia via bus. The staff was excellent! They were actually courteous enough to let us view the rooms to let us see which one we liked the most. The concierge was truthful and helped us to spend our money wisely. They also have a lounge if you can get access. My wife and I would stay again!"
