Perhaps they should not allow hockey teams or other sports teams to stay there though, if staff is going to assume the athletes make the hotel look "trashy." Two of our players were at the front desk and told the front desk attendant that they have a very nice hotel. He responded by saying, "Yes, it is, but all of you make it look trashy." Our players are well behaved and always supervised by an adult. There was another hockey team...

I also think it's ridicules to charge your customers to park in your parking lot when they are paying a lot for the room."
