"Spacious clean quiet room with a complimentary early check in, what more can you ask for! Location was great just a short walk from train station and even shorter walk to the arena. Didn’t try the food at the restaurant but seemed reasonable. Plenty of places to eat locally. Highly Recommend."

"We stayed for 1 night for a concert at the Utilita Arena which is in walking distance of the hotel. The hotel staff in reception and at breakfast were all friendly and helpful. Our room was comfortable and had everything we needed but the bathroom was looking a bit tired. The price was excellent for a family of 4 though especially as a good breakfast buffet was included. We parked at Newhall Street NCP for a secure car park which was about an 8 minute walk from the hotel - maybe not ideal for...
