"Everything about this place is perfect. It’s incredibly quiet. The furnishings are terrific. Coffee machine is great. They’ve connected the TVs now to make them accessible for streaming services. The staff for amazing always. Parking is incredibly easy and that’s not the case across Canberra. It’s clean and very, very comfortable."

"The room was not clean, the linen was smelly, the staff was not helpful. We booked accommodation for 4 people for 3 nights, I went to reception and told them the linen was smelly, the staff gave me new linen and told me to change it. Everyday we have to ask reception for toilet paper. It is first time staying at Forest Hotel and Apartment and last time too. Will nerves come back here. Would not recommend for anybody to stay here."

"The room was clean, and the bed and pillows were quite comfortable. However, the sink in the bathroom was the smallest we’ve ever encountered in any hotel, making it very inconvenient to use. During our stay, there was a fire alarm, and all guests had to quickly evacuate downstairs. What felt unusual, though, was the absence of any staff at reception or around the property during the emergency. Overall, we were satisfied with our one-night stay, but we’d likely choose somewhere else for a longer visit"

"The location is perfect, right in the heart of Canberra. It's super convenient for visitors who have a car, and you can get around easily without a hitch. Plus, they have free EV charging stations, and the staff are really friendly and always helpful. We really enjoyed our stay in the interconnecting rooms. The rooms could have been bigger for the price, but they're super cute and well-kept throughout, giving off an antique vibe. Parking was also a breeze."
