"Very clean. Staff was excellent. Breakfast was good. Room was comfy but a bit small. Shuttle service was really nice to have. Location of hotel is great - super close to water village and many other attractions. Only complaint is that it took at least 20 minutes to get hot water in the shower even though we were only on the second floor. Overall a very good stay and I would recommend this hotel. "

Weekend market is held in the field between the Emporium Supermarket and The One Mall. Every evening we walked to Kampong Ayer Water-village and to Yayasan and the park next to the grand mosque (walkable distance). To go to further places, we use Dart Application to hire a taxi. "Bathroom fan is on 24/7. Shower doors broken won’t close. Lack of hot water (6 min max). Extremely Leaky toilet. Leaky bidet hose. Broken air conditioner remote. Loud generator sounds throughout the day/night. Kettle cannot fit under the sink at all to refill water. Lacking “do not disturb” door sign. Loud sounds from water pipes. Cafe inside the hotel doesn’t operate. Cafe outside of the hotel is cash only. Stray dogs wandering around."

Very nice stay
"We stayed here in 2022 and this is the second time, each time for 11 nights. We really like the location as there are many restaurants, supermarket, money changer etc... just behind the hotel. Weekend market is held in the field between the Emporium Supermarket and The One Mall. Every evening we walked to Kampong Ayer Water-village and to Yayasan and the park next to the grand mosque (walkable distance). To go to further places, we use Dart Application to hire a taxi. The hotel also provided us shuttle van to and fro the airport for free. If we have to come again to Brunei, we will certainly stay at Badiah Hotel."
