"I booked 10 days hotel stay, confirmed by hotels.com app, paid the first 5 days and rhe next 5 days was "pay at the hotel" scheme, but hotel cancelled my 2nd 4 days because they have to prioritizesome guests who extended their stay. This is the first time in so many years since I used this app that i ever experienced cancelled reservation. This is very rude, and without any prior notification. Very inconvenient as well to look for another hotel to stay for the next 5 days, while you need to...

"It's dirty, cockroaches in unit. not convenient to stay with, beds and pillows are need to be changed. LPG hose was not hooked up with the stove, when we're about to use it, lpg leaked. Not safe! No elevator. Lost and found item not returned. My wife left 2 pairs of new slippers in our early check-in room, and never see it again. Avoid this place. "

"Madie is nice and has a pleasing personality. To be honest, this accommodation is very inconvenient for travelers. The bathroom and rest room are all downstairs and they are assigned to you. They put your name at the door. They’re not really clean bathrooms. They’re small. There’s no hot shower. Can’t even put toiletries anywhere. There’s no ventilation and it feels suffocating when you’re inside. It’s so inconvenient having to go a flight of stairs in the middle of the night just to pee and...

"Love the space of the room, it’s quiet and accessible to shopping and dining. You don’t have to go out of the area, it’s just around the corner. One thing we recommended to the care taker is to spray for the tiny cockroach coming through the sewer. It comes out in nowhere. Other than that, all is well."
