"After traveling for 48 hrs with no sleep, we reserved for the wrong night, immediately realized our mistake, and within 5 minutes arrived at the hotel and explained our situation. one of gentlemen at this hotel was kind and even helped us book a room elsewhere and encouraged us to request a refund from Hotels.com, which we did.
