Worst night on a hotel. All because after turning on the A/C the room filled up with a cigar odor. Could not sleep at all; turned off the AC and then it was too warm.

Overall ok but don't expect luxury

Really fast check-in, friendly staff. A bit in doubt about the check-in procedure beforehand as the description of the booking says you need to contact the hotel in advance to get the instructions but there's no contact information to do that. At the same time one receives an email saying the reservation is secured and you don't need to do anything else. The room itself is quite small with oldish furniture. The carpet on the floor was dirty and that could be noticed specially in the corners of the room. The air conditioning unit could use a cleaning round as the filter/output was full of dust. The door was missing the outside door handle. Bathroom facilities ok. There was no soap in the dispenser above the sink. Considering it is a 1 star location and the prices are ok I would say you get what you pay for.

Horrible! Pire nuit d'hôtel de ma vie

Odeur de cigarette partout. Des déchets par terre dans la chambre et le pire de tout, il fait actuellement 40 degrés et je réserve exprès car il y a la climatisation mais celle ci ne marche pas et quand la soufflerie se met en marche c'est de l'air chaud avec l'odeur de cigarettes qui en sort. À 5h30 une voiture se gare et met la musique à fond et à 6h30 car la dame de l'accueil arrive elle ne dit rien à cet individu qui empêche tout l'hôtel de dormir ! Impossible de se faire rembourser car l'hôtel ne répond pas au site malgré mes réclamations. N'y aller surtout pas !

J’ai du appelé la Police car j’ai retrouvé de belles tâches rouges sur la moquette. La Police à retrouvé des linges dégueulasse sous le lit bet bien caché! Il s’agirait de teinture de cheveux selon les informations de l’hôtel de la précédente cliente, ce qui ne justifie pas leur négligence pour le nettoyage. On m’a changé de chambre, l’évier était complètement bouché et la clim ne fonctionnait pas. J’ai très mal dormit. Le prix accessible et modeste ne justifie pas une telle négligeance. De plus, aucune excuse pour le désagrément. Je déconseille!

Pb Vétusté et Hygiène mais personnel bienveillant

La chambre sentait le chien mouillé (moquette au sol sur laquelle nous ne nous serions pas risqués à marcher pieds nus), les poubelles étaient bien vides et des gobelets neufs étaient présents sur le lavabo, mais le sol des sanitaires n'était pas nettoyé, la planche des toilettes l'était, la cuvette pas impécablement. L'eau de la douche s'écoulait mal et débordait facilement, probablement en raison de présence de cheveux dans le système d'écoulement non nettoyé régulièrement. Les serviettes (sauf une qui a été changée sans histoire) sentaient le linge propre mais portaient des traces noires. Nous avons un doute sur le changement des draps avant notre arrivée. Pas de poussière sur les 2 étagères que nous avons utilisées, mais présence sur la troisième et sur le bureau. Le couchage, constitué d'un matelas mou posé sur une simple planche, était confortable même si l'endormissement était rendu difficile par l'odeur et les craintes sur l'hygiène. Le personnel était aimable et cherchait à satisfaire, même s'il ne pouvait rien au manque de moyens évident pour entretenir les locaux et le matériel.

Très déçu

Climatisation en panne, on ne m’a pas prévenu. Pas de ventilateur de proposé alors que j’étais avec un enfant. Gérante qui demande si j’ai payé le petit déjeuner. Boissons vides. Œufs périmés. Plateaux sales. Déjections de chien partout dehors. Portail ouvert toute la nuit. J’étais avec un enfant de 8 ans il faisait une très grande chaleur dans la chambre. Chambre sale.

L'hotel a le mérite d'être vraiment pas cher. Le personnel est très gentil, mais décrire dans une journée à 35 degrés, le fait que la clim ne marche pas comme un "petit souci" n'arrange rien......De plus, on sent que dans la chambre quelqu'un a fumé. La moquette et tout le reste est très usé. Même si le prix est dérisoire il pourrait proposer quelques choses pour la clim qui ne marche pas

Nous sommes arrivés et on nous a prévenu que la clim ne fonctionnait pas j'aurais aimé le savoir avant j'aurais pris d'autres disponibilités. La nuit a été très très chaude ! Et de fait très très mauvaise. Le personnel est très gentil et agréable. T'choupi aussi. 😉😊 L'hygiène de la chambre n'était pas à son prime mais reste convenable si pas regardant. Le petit déjeuner complet et copieux.
