"When I reached there, I could not find any indication for check-in. Luckily, my private tour guide and driver helped me to call them, as I only had wifi data, without local sim card to make a call. Second thing was that there was no hair dryer as mentioned!! I sent message via what's app but they didn't speak English. Eventually I asked neighbors where they were to borrow one.
