We ordered meals that we took back to our room, and the staff graciously delivered endless full buckets of ice to our room as we enjoy ice tea, and were so grateful for this service. "Nice clean hotel with a view of the airport. Lounge on penthouse level. 10 min walk to SYD domestic and 10-15 to Mascot station."

"I only stayed for two nights and had a late check-in, the desk is 24 hours which was convenient. I was greeted with some water to take back to my room which was nice. The room was clean and was quite big. The shower was a bit small (over tub) but it was clean, useable and functioning properly. I didn't use the other facilitates on the premises however overall, my experience based on the fact I was only in my room to shower and rest, it was decent and reasonably priced. Great location and walking...

"Nice enough. Closest hotel on foot from domestic terminal - still a 14 minute walk though, and new way finding signage would be appreciated esp for an after dark arrival. Breakfast was one of the worst I've ever had, and charged at $41 on hotels.com, but $27 at venue. Like many hotels, seems a bit tired since COVID presumably took a toll on patronage and profits. Very noisey aircon in room. Clean and tidy though. Decent rom service offerings from La Boca restaurant. Friendly staff."

"Enjoyed our stay of 2 x nights. Staff very pleasant and helpful. Room comfortable, clean and tidy. Only concern was that microwave did not work. The shower door leaked and water pooled on the floor. Icebox in fridge showed a build-up of ice but didn't effect coldness. Staff were made aware as we checked out and were very helpful in responding. "

"The rooms were beautiful and spacious. Had many faulty items in the room such as the TV. Had called customer service and no one came up to help. "

"Upon arrival at SYD night, need to find the hotel easily. This is the place, easy access from/to Central station. In the morning some bite and drink prepared. Wish coming back to this hotel in near future."
