hotel is close to restaurant, 5 min walk to train , close to Chinatown, I had to wait long time 9AM to 3:PM for check in because of the rooms not ready. every thing else were ok.

Basic accommodation for a reasonable price, standard rooms need a refresh and daily towel replenishment (flannels, bath mat, hand towels) were hit and miss. Decent location close to darling quarter and trams.

Located steps away from Central station for trains and light rail. It is in Chinatown so lots of Asian food in the area. Nice hotel, I will stay there again next time I am in Sydney.

The alarm rang a few times when I was sleeping. I did not know how to turn it off, so I rang the hotel staff to come to pick up the alarm. No one came. Not enough lifts at the morning peak hours. Had to walk downstairs.

Staff was very helpful and accommodating, the hotel is in an excellent location close to public transport and within walking distance to areas of interest such as Darling Harbour and a couple of train stops away from Curcular Quay etc. The room was clean with very comfortable beds. We even got a complimentary cheese platter and a bottle of wine. Overall a very good experience

Hotel is good overall. But really requires a major refurbishing. Room carpet looks and feels dirty. Bathroom needs reno. Breakfast is great but most are greasy so needs some healthier leaner options. The best part is the staff and service. Before when I stayed here, the low price made it good value. But it’s now more expensive and there may be other options if better value.
