"World class hotel in Clark, conveniently located near SM. We really loved our stay here and felt like home. Staff is attentive to our needs and very helpful. One small detail that made me put 4 stars instead of 5 is their policy where you cannot book outside massage therapists to come to your room. And the fact they do not tell you in advance, they will just turn down the therapists upon arrival. I dont think its a good practice to do this, if they are affraid of losing few pesos from their spa,...

"The property’s location is excellent! Nice huge rooms, but hotel room marble floors were very dirty, not mopped and toilet bowls were stained. I suggest that housekeeping needs to do a thorough cleaning of the hotel rooms to keep the hotel property in good condition."

"The good thing is the place surround by Greenery and back to nature. NO shop or restaurants surround except inhouse. Breakfast made me rushing to CR :( No hot water when checkin and solve after pressuring them. Had WIFI BUT NO Internet connection. Airport Shuttle late by half an hour and nobody answer the call."
