"The modern minimalist approach provides great value for customers but more attention to detail could be made for housekeeping (ie the windows) and I would like better shades on the windows, especially for east-facing ones. The elevators are notoriously slow so it would be nice to have better access to stairs that seem to only be accessible from the lobby and parking garage for emergency purposes."

"We got a complimentary upgrade out of the west wing which was nice. Absolutely beautiful lobby. Right along the river with access to park and paths. Close to downtown and the hospital and university. Staff were great. Only downside was that we had to pay for parking which was a surprise though. (15$ a day)."

"When we first got to our room, there was a foul odour. The front desk called to see how things were going in the first 20 minutes we were in the room and we mentioned the odour. They apologized and promptly moved us to a new room."
