At check in, the agent was difficult to understand. Check in went smoothly but she neglected to give us clear directions to our room. She only told us to go to 2nd floor. We were unaware that we needed to take a second elevator to another tower. We thought we were on the third floor but it turned out that we were on the 31st floor. She did not tell us which floor we were on. A map would have been helpful for 1st time guests. We had to get directions twice from another employee. Housekeeping was ATROCIOUS. A dirty rag was left in our room on the floor. No exchange of glasses or cups were done. Dirty glasses and cups left in room. Ice bucket was not emptied and trash was not emptied. Someone's old and used magazine was left in our room and bathroom sinks were not cleaned. We were EXTREMELY disappointed in the housekeeping for such a beautiful hotel. The only things done were towels were exchanged and tossed on bathroom counter and bed was made. Carpeting in room appeared dirty and was stained.
