"Great location to stay. You can literally view Mt. Fuji from your bed, no need to even step outside. Friendly staffs are eager to help. Fantastic breakfast, make sure to add that in your room booking. There are couple of restaurants within 10-15 minutes walking distances. I would say very good place that I can possibly recommend."

"Overall the stay was good. Staff was really friendly and helpful! Great service. Room style was still in the 70’. Somewhat nostalgic. What is kind of great to experience in my opinion. Overall the room was clean. Major downside poor maintained bathroom, with mold on the ceiling. A hotel in that category must do better than this. One of the major highlights is a great breakfast with an awesome view on Mt Fuji (if the weather allows). "

"Hotel with Mount Fuji view and there's a private onsen available beside the hotel. There's also a large premium outlet just beside the hotel. The food in the hotel is great too. Overall, it is a wonderful experience staying at this hotel. Will stay at this hotel again when I come to visit Mount Fuji next time. "

"Love the room and onsen. Definitely a great place to stay after a long day of adventure in Fujiyoshida and rejuvenate in the onsen and a great night sleep. "

"We had a great experience at this ryokan! They picked us up from the train station and upon arrival at the hotel, a staff member discussed the amenities, use of the onsen and will answer any questions. The ryokan has a small outdoor onsen. Traditional Japanese breakfast and 12 course dinner are included in the room rate. Overall a wonderful stay."

"Amazing stay, beautiful property. Staff extremely helpful. Regular shuttle into town when requested and will pick up again. Room was beautiful with a lovely private bath overlooking the lake. Cocktail hour was a bonus and very fun! "

"Overall the hotel was very clean and comfortable. Good access from the train station. A variety of restaurants close by. It would be perfect if there is a direct access bridge between the car park and the lobby."
