"A lovely late thirties ‘design classic’ . what was remarkable was the original features, it was visually stunning !! The staff , from porters to management were helpful friendly and knowledgeable of the area. The room was spacious and well kept. Breakfast was a buffet with lots of choice The swimming pool was a welcome treat Near to Kampung Morten it was well positioned "

"Our stay was very nice. We felt welcome as soon as we walked in. The room and ambiance is wonderful and the location is the best. Walking distance to shops, restaurants and the river. Also, it’s very peaceful atmosphere. "

"I overnight in this (ELMARK HOTEL MELAKA) for 2 nights. The second night was a nightmare to me. I'm so disappointed due to the electrical door lock spoilt, and i can't acess it. I have to wait more than 12 hours and there is no proper arrangements for me (my belongings are inside my room). The hotel staff told me about the master key with the hotel owner, and he is in another state now. I called the hotel owner, he didn't fix the issue on the spot..He asked me to wait him for another day to open...

"The hotel has a nice rooftop pool with a bar. It is located in a quiet part of Melaka but there are many place to eat nearby and a shopping centre. You can easily walk to the historical centre and the river (around 15 minutes)"

"Everything was great! 4 stars for cleanliness and facilities only because the hotel has a bit of age and wear and tear. The carpark is a huge plus point. Do note that if your room faces the jonker street, it might get noisy when there is night market and performance that might last till close to midnight. "

Please review your bath tower, you say safe the world, but tower so thick so heavy, it's a burden for the world. 1 dissapointed, the spoon use by previous people, staff never wash and put back "
