"Nice hotel in South Laguna. Easy walk to the beach and town. Spacious room, rooftop with pool and ocean views. The walls are thin so you can hear your neighbors walking and banging around. Otherwise good hotel overall."

"This hotel is good but frankly overpriced (like most everything here). It is right on the beach, but the latter is small, rocky, and disappears during high tide. Rooms are decent, and the facilities are OK. Warning - the poll is tiny and parking, while available, is very cramped and you may need to use the annex lot. The complimentary continental breakfast isn't anything to write home about. Staff are pleasant enough, though YMMV. "

"It was a perfect weekend I booked two rooms and both were extremely clean and comfortable. The decor was nice as well. It was my birthday weekend and the staff gave me a bottle of champagne, the hotel is a quick walk away from the beach and downtown."

"Wonderful people, fantastic big rooms with a view of the beach and just all around perfect for a one-night stay when I happen to be in the area to attend a rock concert. They don't serve breakfast and check out his sharply at 10:00 so you have to make sure you have plans to eat in the morning. "Staff were very friendly, location is great, and room was simple but clean and functional. They really should install exhaust fans in the bathrooms though -- they're getting a fair bit of moisture damage in there from shower steam, (and bathroom window was stuck shut). I'd stay again though -- great value!"

"Very efficient check in and out. Location is close to everything. With parking being scarce in town. It’s nice to park at the hotel and walk, Walking distance to the beach, restaurants, shops, and across the street from the grocery store. "

"Clean, newly remodeled. Would have liked a tea option as well as sugar substitute in room. Our double bed room only came with 1 tiny bottle of lotion and small soap in bathroom (larger shampoo/body wash in shower provided). Friendly front desk worker . Nice coffee machine and water refill station in lobby. Loved the secure luggage lockers - we used during the day after check out for a few hours. Overall great stay and awesome location to Woods cove beach. Don’t forget to use the free Laguna...

"Beautiful hotel! We stayed at Pacific Edge Hotel to celebrate our anniversary and were ¨WOWED¨ from the moment we checked in! The check in was quick and easy and the front desk rep was friendly and efficient. When we got to our room we had a beautiful ocean view and balcony and we were greeted with rose petals, chocolate dipped strawberries and a bottle of champagne! WOW!! Luz and Porfirio provided excellent service during our stay, THANK YOU for making our stay memorable!"

"The property was under construction, so they upgraded us to a room with an ocean view. The location is great for walking to downtown or the main beach. "

"Nice hotel…they’re renovating but not inconvenient at all. If you love gyms and working out, this hotel is for you- nice gym, lap pool, sauna, exercise classes. Didn’t try the restaurant so not sure how that was. Their Starbucks drinks were not good at all. The bar looked busy on Friday night, so guessing that was pretty good. My biggest complaint is the bed pillows are horrible! Still trying to get the crick out of my neck two days later."
