The Room is pretty run down and if you spend a minute looking around you can find 20 things that are wrong with the room. Dirt on the walls, no towels, leaking AC unit. BUT…. the view, location, and price are amazing. I would 1000% stay here again because it is UNBEATABLE deal for being on PCH. Staff was also incredibly efficient and kind.

Beautifully nestled across the ocean with Mountain’s views also. Great location to walk to the most spectacular beaches like Victoria or Cave woods and main strip to Laguna Beach. Free scenic trolley stop is located steps from the hotel. Terrace with gorgeous views perfect to relax and pool with jacuzzi. God bless !
