"The rooms were comfortable and larger than your typical NYC room. They could use a refresh in their bathrooms as the tub was cracked and exposed in the corner. The hotel was in a great location away from all the craziness and noise but very close to walk to many locations such as the Empire State Building, Madison Square Garden, Times Square, the Flatiron Building, or take the subway which was right on the corner of the same block. The best part was the amazing front desk staff, especially Paul....

"Although small, it was a really well-designed room for me and my niece sharing a room at such a good location at a reasonable price. Lots of charging spots, tv for each bed, 2 pillows per bed. Only thing I wish was different was the frosted glass walls for the bathroom - would be nice to have a fan or different walls for more privacy."

"Great hotel. Small room. Pkg is a challenge. We had an inconvenience at check-in where the room was not available. At the end, they gave a discount to account for inconvenience."

"The hotel worked really well for our 2 night family trip. As a family of 5 it was a bit tight in the room when the double sofa bed came out but we only used the room to sleep in so no major issue. One of the lifts was out of action which caused some queues each morning. Quite impressed with the breakfast - hot and cold options and kids actually ate it! Would definitely re book! "
