"Towels are brownish in colour, so don't dare to use them. Wifi connection is unstable and keep dropping. I put the tag on the door to request to make up my room, but nobody came to do that. When I asked for the 2 complimentary bottles of water, the reception said they ran out of it and will give me 4 bottles tomorrow which doesn't help as I'm checking out the next day. The AC is just outside the window and you’ll hear the noise throughout the night. The only good thing is the location, really...

"Visited again in 2024 with my wife after a positive solo experience in 2018. Was worried about the recent negative reviews, but everything was as positive as I remember! Rooms were clean, the pool deck is beautiful, and the hotel staff were all very helpful and approachable! There is also a nice lemongrass theme to the smell of the whole place that I really love! "Distance is minute away from Ferry terminal. Easily to get transport. Hotel is run down with basic facilities. Good for short stays and not for fussy traveler."
