There was a mixup with only one bed not two but they moved us and made it right. The staff were absolutely fabulous and fun.

Grand Hotel
The staff were excellent. Very helpful and professional. The rooms and general hotel ambiance were very English colonial. The location was very close to the cruise terminal. The room floor was not clean. The bottom of my feet were dirty from walking barefoot in the room.
